Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration

The Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration Track allows students to pursue an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration.  

The program equips students with knowledge and understanding of hotel, restaurant, and tourism administration, and enhances career readiness skills for leadership in this growing field.

    Degree Requirements

    The 60-hour Associate of Applied Science in Business Degree requires:
    1. A minimum of thirty-nine (39) semester hours in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism Administration  courses.
    2. A minimum of twenty-one (21) semester hours of General Education courses.
    3. Completion of the WorkKeys National Career Readiness Assessment.
    4. Participation in program-specific tutoring.
